Over the years, I have worked as a private editorial consultant on a number of novels. My time is limited and I take on only serious, motivated writers in this capacity. My hope is to help writers define their goals and come up with a tight, publishable book.

My fees are negotiable, depending on the work involved. In general, I charge $1200 to edit and critique a medium-sized book. Recently I have also been coaching writing students on a weekly basis long distance by e-mail, sending pages and ideas back and forth at $35 an hour.
